EPC Coaching Team
We have a fantastic, committed coaching team here at the EPC. All our coaches are required to be registered with Badminton England, hold an up to date DBS and ensure they have safeguarding training. We also regularly undertake CPD opportunities to ensure we are always keeping on top of new skills, and refreshing old skills

Nick Masson
Nick is currently our head coach, he has a deep belief in people's potential and is passionate about supporting players and coaches to realise their full potential through hard work, focus and determination whilst having fun. He offers one to one support to our coaches to ensure they all work to the highest standards.

Sarah Preece
With years of experience under her belt, Sarah has been passionately coaching badminton at the EPC and at the local Queens Badminton Club. Her love for the sport shines through as she continues to play, train, and compete regularly. So, when she's not busy teaching maths, you can bet you'll find her honing her skills in a sports hall!

Graham Fagg
Graham plays a crucial role as one of our assistant coaches, bringing invaluable experience and enthusiasm to our team. Beyond his contributions here, he also shares his expertise at Queens Badminton Club and mentors the County Juniors, helping to shape the next generation of players.

Rhys Burtt-Jones
Rhys is a Level 2 coach, who coaches at our Saturday morning session, supporting and covering sessions. Rhys is passionate about badminton, and plays at a few clubs in the Exeter area. He uses his enthusiasm for doubles to bring a slightly different specialism to the EPC.
